Enviable track record
In the public sector, we helped deliver the Government’s World Class Skills programme, having been tasked with making their curriculum more relevant to employers. Further programmes of learning followed with the Ministry of Defence, transforming the learning offer for military personnel, and the NHS Leadership Academy which we have led since 2012. Most recently in 2015, we led a consortium of 30 specialist L&D suppliers to deliver an entirely new Civil Service Learning curriculum, meeting the L&D needs of over 400,000 civil servants across the country. To date, this curriculum has seen over 310,000 learner bookings from 190 Civil Service organisations.
